Studies and Documentation Centre

The Studies and Documentation Centre G. Schiavoni, set up by Milan Chamber of Arbitration in 1991, contributes to furthering the knowledge, development, and promotion of the culture of arbitration, mediation, and of the other alternative forms of dispute resolution concerning national and international economic relationships.

The Centre carries out documentation and research activity on the matter of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), in favour of legal and economic operators making use of alternative justice tools and of those wishing to deepen its knowledge.
