Research Center for ADR

The ADR Studies and Documentation Centre has operated since 1991 to promote the culture of alternative justice and the expertise of the Chamber of the Arbitration of Milan.
Lawyers, civil servants, professors, students and generally all those who professionally need to study and collect information on ADR techniques, can have access to a specialized library (both national and international) on arbitration, conciliation, mediation, ODR (online dispute resolution) and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
Users will receive personalized assistance in conducting their studies and researches.

They can have access to updated bibliographies on arbitration and conciliation and they will also be able to access the publication “Aggiornamenti ADR", a bimonthly alternative justice bulletin. 
"Aggiornamenti ADR" comes from the biggest national library fund wholly dedicated to ADR techniques.  "Aggiornamenti ADR" provides the user with a useful updating instrument to get the most recent developments on alternative justice all aover the world.  The user will also find in "Aggiornamenti ADR" a unified system for easier access to the resources of the library.

STUDIES AND RESEARCHES
The Centre carries out researches in ADR also in cooperation with other studies centres, universities and experts on alternative justice. Those who are interested in the Centre research activity will find under this section a list of carried out researches.  


PUBLICATION
In the publication “Quaderni di Ricerca ADR" users will find a collection of publications of the studies carried out by the Centre in the field of alternative justice. In addition the institution contributes to the newsletter “ITA Monthly Report”, in its capacity as country report.
