Crash Course

Last September 30 and October 1, the Milan Chamber of Arbitration organized the "crash course", a workshop on international arbitration and the application of the CISG.

This event has seen the participation of the teams from the Bocconi University of Milan and the University of Turin that will take part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

During the meeting, experts of international arbitration had an active debate with the students about the new Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods and about advocacy.
