4th PRE-MOOT SESSION IN MILAN
On the occasion of the "Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot" 18th edition
Next 25 February 2011, the Milan Chamber of Arbitration organizes a pre-Moot session for students to train in view of the competition that will take place in Vienna next April where more than 250 Universities will join the 18th edition of the Moot, a mock arbitration case on the application of the CISG. Six teams will participate in this 4th edition of the Milanese pre-Moot: the Bocconi University of Milan, the University of Belgrade, the University of Fribourg, the University of Muenster, the University of Turin and the University of Zurich.
It is noteworthy that this year the students and the arbitrators will apply the Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.
After the pre-Moot, a conference open to the public will take place. The program of the conference "Transparency in International Arbitration".
