After many years, the CAM Annual Conference has become a standing event for the national and international arbitral community, as an occasion for debating some of the most crucial topics of commercial arbitration.
The 11th edition will be dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and will see a distinguished panel of speakers debating a current and stimulating topic, sharing their experiences and imaging the future scenario of arbitration.
During the conference the attendees will be offered a virtual coffee break: a very interactive moment of networking where the participants can chat with a special guest. After a short speech on a specific AI-related topic, the special guest will have an informal talk with the participants. We encourage everybody to activate their video and to enter the break-out room with a coffee/tea/whatever they like in their hand to enjoy this easy-going atmosphere! Add an additional flavour to your favourite drink by choosing which virtual coffee break you want to experience! The participants who register by 13 November can choose between the two different break-out rooms:
1) chaired by Maxi Scherer - "AI and arbitration: everything you always wanted to know and were afraid to ask"
2) chaired by Lise Alm from the SCC - "AI judges, the black box problem and what that means for the rule of law" Participants who register after this date will be randomly placed into one of the two break-out rooms.
Depending on the number of participants, an extra break-out room could be added.
