RisolviOnline will merge with the Mediation Service on September 1st.
You can manage mediation proceedings online ConciliaCamera following the instructions here.
Here below the steps required:
1- scan all documents you would like to submit (mediation request form, id, etc.)
2- register to ConcilaCamera
3- fill in the request and upload the documents
An officer will take in charge your request and will keep you posted on the status
