Representatives of the four arbitrations institutions will share practical experience from details of day-to-day case administration not foreseen in the rules, and how they deal with them. Situations not regulated by the rules frequently occur at all arbitral institutions, and the principles applied by the institutions in these situations is of high relevance both for parties and arbitrators.
The panel will be moderated by Robin Oldenstam (Partner, Mannheimer Swartling, Stockholm) and will include:
