The Milan Chamber of Arbitration, in collaboration with ArbLit, BonelliErede, Squire Patton Boggs and Withersworldwide, presents an open event about investment arbitration in Europe.
Garth Schofield (Senior Legal Counsel, Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague) will moderate the first panel with Larry Shore (BonelliErede, Milan), Hussein Haeri (Withers, London), Mathias Audit (Audit Duprey Fekl, Paris) and Maria Beatrice Deli (DeliSasson Legal, Rome).
The second panel will be moderated by Maria Chiara Malaguti (Gattai, Minoli & Patners, Milan) with Luca Radicati di Brozolo (ArbLit, Milan), Stephen Anway (Squire Patton Boggs, New York), Richard Happ (Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Hambourg) and Stefano Azzali (General Director CAM, Milan).
