How do you approach a complex negotiation? Which strategies can make the difference, and how can you manage a negotiation when interests and positions seem irreconcilable?
Michael Tsur, a lawyer and professional negotiator with over thirty years of experience in negotiation and mediation, will address these and other questions.
A lecturer at various international institutions, Tsur has taken part in major negotiations, including those related to the Siege of the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem in 2002 and has served as a mediator for the Supreme Court of Israel. Throughout his career, he has also developed his own dispute resolution methods, which are now used by business leaders and multinational corporations.
This is an opportunity to explore the world of negotiation from the perspective of a seasoned professional, discovering strategies, techniques and tools that can be applied to everyday negotiations.
The event will be held in English at the Sala Consiglio, Via Meravigli 9/b, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
