Dispute resolution

The Milan Chamber of Arbitration is fully operational in providing alternative dispute resolution services.
However, following the two Ordinances of 4 March (Official Gazette No. 55) and 8 March 2020 (Official Gazette No. 59), the services of Arbitration, Mediation and OCC (Organization for the composition of the over-indebtedness crisis) are managed by remote.
It is possible to participate in hearings and meetings via video-telephone connection.
