The Milan Chamber of Arbitration has decided to review its Arbitration Rules, in force since 1 January 2010.
If you wish to participate in the review, we would be pleased if you could point out in this form.
The proposals received within 31 October 2017 will be examined by the Chamber and could be transposed into the new Rules.
