OCC - over-indebtedness

	Carlo Giordano Graduated in law from the University of Milan-Bicocca, after a focus in corporate and commercial criminal law - also in court -, he specialized in the development and innovation of ADR systems. In the economic and financial field, he developed his training with particular attention to rating tools and access to credit. He is mediator, negotiator and has experience in the administration of domestic and international arbitration cases.
	Alberto Muzzi Graduated in Law from the University of Florence, where he collaborates as a research fellow at the Department of Legal Sciences. As a lawyer, he primarily focuses on commercial law, corporate law, and business crisis management.
	Claudia Pagani Graduated in foreign trade at the University of Milan Bicocca, she has been working in CAM since 2006. She has been in charge of the secretariat and accounting administration of the arbitration proceedings until 2017, while today she follows the over-indebtedness procedures.
