Training and events

	Carlo Riccardi He graduated in Law from the University of Milan, he has been working in CAM since 2001. He worked at the CAM Research and Documentation Centre and, as case manager, at the Mediation Service within the Chamber of Commerce of Monza and Brianza from 2007 to 2009. Currently he is in charge of the Training Department. Carlo is civil and commercial mediator.
	Lucia Santucci She graduated in Languages, Culture and Communication from the University of Milan. She has been working in CAM since 2009 where she follows international projects as well as national training activities. She organizes the annual Colloquium of the Club of Arbitrators and the CAM Annual Conference.
	Laura Spinello She graduated in Modern Literature from the University of Pavia. She has been working in CAM since 2004 where she organizes training activities and follows the marketing projects; she is the CAM website manager and she also manages the CAM newsletter and social media.
