	Carlo Riccardi He graduated in Law from the University of Milan, he has been working in CAM since 2001. He worked at the CAM Research and Documentation Centre and, as case manager, at the Mediation Service within the Chamber of Commerce of Monza and Brianza from 2007 to 2009. Currently he is in charge of the Training Department. Carlo is civil and commercial mediator.
	Lucia Santucci She graduated in Languages, Culture and Communication from the University of Milan. She has been working in CAM since 2009 where she follows international projects as well as national training activities. She organizes the annual Colloquium of the Club of Arbitrators and the CAM Annual Conference.
	Laura Spinello A Modern Literature graduate from the University of Pavia, she has been with CAM since 2004. Her early scope spanned promotion and communications, where she managed the institution's initial launch across social media channels and newsletters. Today, she manages content for the official website and is part of the Training team, in charge of training activities on arbitration and corporate crisis management.
