The fees for the administration of the procedure and for the Arbitral Tribunal shall be determined according to the value of the dispute, in compliance with the schedule of fees attached to the Rules.
The activities included and those excluded from the CAM fees are specified in the Annex C of the Rules.
The criteria applied to determine the value of the dispute are listed in the Annex B of the Rules.
The schedule of fees, does not include the VAT and any other legal and fiscal duties. No cost is due at the moment of filing the request.

On February 20th 2010 the Italian Legislative Decree No. 18 entered into force, implementing the European Directives 2008/8/EC, 2008/9/EC and 2008/117/CE, amending the Directive 2006/112/EC in regards to the place of where services are rendered, the refund of value added tax to the taxable persons established in another Member State, as well as the common VAT system, in order to fight the fiscal fraud connected with intra Community operations (10G0036).
