Beyond judgments. Towards solutions
The Chamber appoints the emergency as soon as possible, who may grant any urgent and provisional measures of protection, also of anticipatory nature, within 15 days.
The emergency arbitrator may proceed without notice to the other party, if such a notice would seriously prejudice the applicant’s interest.

Before submitting your request for an emergency arbitrator, it is of the essence that you contact the Secretariat via phone +39.02.85154666 or email emergency.
The Secretariat will provide you with any information on how to submit your application for an emergency arbitrator, applying the rules on submission for a request for arbitration mutatis mutandis.
As for the registration of your application, reference is made to the opening hours of the Chamber of Arbitration (Milan office).
Your application is registered provided that the costs for emergency arbitrator are paid:
€ 4.000 plus VAT where due, for the Chamber, and
€ 16.000 plus social security, plus VAT where due, for the emergency arbitrator.
Please, contact the Secretariat before making your payment for the exact determination of the costs, including any fiscal stamp where due according to the applicable regulation.
